2011 was certainly a memorable year for us at Two Cousins Bakery.

We started the business in October 2010 and we very quickly found ourselves providing cakes for weddings, birthdays and corporate events. On top of that we had stalls at a variety of events, organised children’s cupcake parties and ran adult decorating workshops.

We loved every second of it and in between all of the business stuff, Leigh gave birth in March to her first baby and Andrea got married in Scotland (and provided the wedding cakes of course!)

We’re really looking forward to 2012 and already have a few exciting things up our sleeves. Our year kicks off with a children’s workshop closely followed by a January wedding with our first cupcake workshop of the year scheduled for 27th January.

And most exciting of all, look out for a lovely feature about us in the March edition of Essentials magazine, available for sale from February.

If this is how our year is starting, we can’t wait to see what else is in store for us!
